Took their offered tour for Hanoi, Sapa, Halong bay on land and on sea; Dong Hoy, Hué and Hoi an with very little modifications.
We were welcomed at the airport by an excellent guide who did the north trip with us.
All visits were perfectly timed, interesting and varied. Transport for 4 in comfortable Mercedes van big enough for 10 people.
All expenses paid in sites and museums and including Good hotels cruise in Halong bay and Homestays in two different places. All hotels were well chosen by Hanoi voyage ; large rooms, excellent service huge breakfasts mainly asian / european buffet.
The whole journey included air trips from Hanoi to central Vietnamand back, train trip up north to Lao Cai comfortable bus to Hanpoi, boat trips on several rivers to visit caves or markets.
The driver and the guide were always on time and fully available.

Private trip to Ninh Binh
We recently booked a two day tour through Hanoi Voyages for a home stay in Ninh Binh. I could not recommend Hanoi Voyages highly enough. The tour was fabulous. We were well looked after by our tour guide Vinh and our driver. Vinh was very knowledgeable and worked hard to ensure we had a great time.
On the first day we visited Tam Coc, Mua Cave and floated down the Ngo Dong River in a Sampan. Our overnight stay was at Hiep Homestay.
The accommodation was a very comfortable room with en-suite. Dinner and breakfast were provided.
The meals were large and beautifully cooked.
Day two we went on a bike ride to Bich Dong Pagoda and through the paddy fields. We had a great time. It’s an easy ride as the area was quite flat.
On our way home we visited Phat Diem Cathedral. A magnificent building combining Eastern and Western influences.
Ninh Binh is a beautiful area just two hours from Hanoi and well worth a visit if you get the chance.

From planning to execution, everything was done very well. The itinerary, choice of hotels, transfers, transport, drivers and the guides were faultless. Importantly, the cadence was perfect, journey times, activities, excursions and free time just meshed seamlessly to make a truly memorable holiday. Every day was different, every day was fulfilling. We spent two weeks early April discovering North and Central Vietnam.
